输送轧辊给从加热炉出来的轧件均匀定量接连地送入轧机内进行粗轧,粗轧后的轧件随辊道进入下一工序中轧,再经粗轧K1排出即为制品。进入冷床进行自然冷却或加以鼓风机进行风冷。
在加热炉内的轧件有必定的氧化皮,轧钢时发生粉尘导致轧辊磨损加重,且轧机各部件结合处密封不严,外界粉尘被吸入,使摩损程度增加,为此经过改进轧钢车间环境和增加除尘设备来到达平衡,将粉尘的气体导入布袋除尘器内。

The conveying rolls uniformly, quantitatively and continuously feed the rolled pieces coming out of the heating furnace into the rolling mill for rough rolling. After rough rolling, the rolled pieces follow
the roller conveyor to the next process for further rolling, and then are discharged after rough rolling K1 to become the finished products. Enter the cooling bed for natural cooling or use a blower for air
cooling.
The rolled pieces in the heating furnace have a certain amount of oxide scale. During the steel rolling process, dust is generated, which aggravates the wear of the rolls. Moreover, the sealing at the joints
of the various components of the rolling mill is not tight, allowing external dust to be sucked in and increasing the degree of wear. Therefore, a balance was achieved by improving the environment of the
steel rolling workshop and adding dust removal equipment. The dusty gas was then introduced into the bag filter.
