 6.由于材料各点曲率不一，单一矫正滚排布并不能达到高精度矫直要求，STL系列采用大排距粗矫，小排距精矫，排布各异的矫直理念,使用粗矫使料卷产生单一曲弧然后用精矫予以矫正,从而达到客户冲压使用要求。

 7.薄板整平机矫正机整平轮及矫正辅助轮皆采用进口SUJ2制造，热处理HRC60。后研磨，再镀硬铬后研磨加工，确保硬铬层均匀及每条轴的形状公差。

 8.薄板整平机矫正机的粗精矫整平调整均采用浮动四点平衡微调装置，附有百分表，可迅速找到整平点 。 

 9.薄板整平机矫正机采用万向节传动，齿轮全传动，适合矫直精度要求高的产品。

6. Due to the different curvatures at each point of the material, a single straightening roll arrangement cannot meet the high-precision straightening requirements. The STL series adopts the straightening concept of large row spacing coarse straightening and small row spacing fine straightening, with different arrangements. Coarse straightening is used to create a single curved arc in the material roll, and then fine straightening is used to correct it, thereby meeting the customer's stamping usage requirements.

7. The leveling wheels and auxiliary correction wheels of the thin plate leveling and straightening machine are all made of imported SUJ2 and have a heat treatment of HRC60. After grinding, followed by hard chromium plating and grinding processing, ensure uniform hard chromium layer and shape tolerance of each shaft.

8. The coarse and fine leveling and adjustment of the thin plate leveling and straightening machine both adopt a floating four-point balance fine-tuning device, equipped with a dial indicator, which can quickly locate the leveling point.
