1) 主传动系统选用高强度尼龙片基传动平皮带传动，受力均匀，作业可靠、平稳，轧机系统具有过载保护功用。大皮带轮与一轴之间选用气囊离合器和浮动式液压制动器，处理事端时快速制动、准确泊车。

 2) 增加了机架行程，选用环孔型轧辊完成长行程轧制，轧辊回转角度大，孔型作业段加长，变形区长度增加，使得在轧制过程中金属变形的均匀性增加，这样可增加送进量，前进成品管质量。

 3) 轧机选用端部上料办法，与侧上料比较省去了脱芯棒设备，芯棒在变形区的方位准确，轧线长度短，适宜长管坯轧制，一同前进了轧机的作业率。

 4) 选用 MLC 程序控制上料,出料，穿管等工序，自动化程度高。

 5) 选用曲线型芯棒，下降轧机的轧制压力，使管坯金属变形均匀、合理。

 6) 首要齿轮选用硬齿面磨齿工艺，传动平稳，噪音低。

 7) 首要轴和重要齿轮选用高强度合金钢。

 8) 选用管坯内表面润滑，以前进管材内表面质量，一同能够延伸芯棒运用寿命。

 9) 轧机设备生产厂家选用环孔型轧辊、曲线芯棒，选用两次回转二次送进的办法进行轧制，因此，对壁厚不均管坯具有较强的纠偏才干。

 10) 设备带有芯棒开裂检测设备，芯棒开裂时自动泊车，对设备起到很好的保护作用。

 11) 多项zhuanli技术运用与本设备，如浮动式刹车设备，机架液压锁紧螺母。

1) The main drive system adopts high-strength nylon plate-based flat belt drive, which ensures uniform force distribution, reliable and stable operation. This could increase the feed volume and improve the quality of the finished pipe.

3) The rolling mill adopts the end feeding method, which eliminates the need for the core rod removal equipment compared with side feeding. The position of the core rod in the deformation zone is accurate, the rolling line length is short, and it is suitable for the rolling of long tube billets. At the same time, it improves the operation rate of the rolling mill.

4) MLC programs are adopted to control the feeding, discharging, pipe threading and other processes, featuring a high degree of automation.

5) Select curved mandrels to reduce the rolling pressure of the rolling mill, ensuring uniform and reasonable deformation of the tube billet metal.

6) The primary gear adopts a hard tooth surface grinding process, ensuring smooth transmission and low noise.

7) The primary shaft and important gears are made of high-strength alloy steel.

8) By using the inner surface lubrication of the tube blank, the inner surface quality of the advanced pipe material can be improved, and at the same time, the service life of the mandrel can be extended.

9) The rolling mill equipment manufacturer selects ring-hole type rolls and curved mandrels, and adopts the method of two rotations and two feedings for rolling. Therefore, it has a strong ability to correct the deviation of tube billets with uneven wall thickness.  10) The equipment is equipped with a mandlet crack detection device.
