万能轧钢机主要用来轧制各类型钢,例如:H型钢、钢轨、工字钢、槽钢、钢板桩、U型钢、L型钢、不等边角钢等各种类型的型钢,因其适用于多品种钢材轧制,故而得名“万能轧钢机”。

万能轧钢机的特点
1, 用四个辊组成的复杂断面孔型,可以使断面上各组成部分同时受到压缩,轧件变形均匀,断面周围的速度差小,轧件的内应力小。
2, 可以用直径较小的轧辊(因无须在辊上开槽),轧制出腿较高、腰较宽的产品,并且可使其两腿内侧无斜度。这点在普通二辊轧机上是难以实现的。
3, 轧件腿部和腰部的压下量可单独进行调整,简化了轧制时轧机的调整工作。
4, 轧制精度高,轧辊磨损少,能耗降低。
The features of universal steel rolling mills
1.The complex cross-sectional hole shape composed of four rolls enables each component on the cross-section to be compressed simultaneously, resulting in uniform deformation of the rolled piece,
small speed difference around the cross-section, and low internal stress of the rolled piece.
2. Smaller-diameter rolls (as there is no need to make grooves on the rolls) can be used to roll products with higher legs and wider waists, and the inner sides of the two legs can be made without slope.
This is difficult to achieve on a common two-high rolling mill.
3. The reduction of the legs and waist of the rolled piece can be adjusted separately, simplifying the adjustment work of the rolling mill during rolling.
4. High rolling accuracy, less roll wear and reduced energy consumption.
