在轧钢机设备企业生产的时候,一般在连铸坯使用热装轧制时,连铸坯自身温度比较高,不建议使用传统得加热工艺,要不然不仅达不到增产、节能、降耗得目的,而且还会增加氧化烧损,导致晶粒粗大,甚至过热或过烧的情况发生。所以说连铸钢坯不必考虑热应力对加热速度的限制,可直接使用快速加热工艺。
不过蓄热式加热炉对钢坯进行加热时,加热炉是不设预热段的,连铸坯一进炉直接进入高温加热,平时在六百度以上,炉尾加热段炉膛温度可达到一千一百五十度以上,加热的速度可以大大加快,每小时的产量也大幅提升,在轧钢机生产大规模产品时,加热能力不再是薄弱环节,从此钢坯可实现高温快速轧制,同时加热质量效果好,氧化烧损少,节能效果良好。
连铸坯在进行高温快速轧制工艺,钢坯在进入加热炉中就直接进入高温加热,对加热炉炉尾加热段炉堂温度设置在一千到一千两百度,均匀热段炉堂温度设置在一千两百到一千二百五十度,这样被加热的钢坯在可能得辐射温度下进行快速加热,这样缩短钢坯加热时间与加热炉长度,深一步减少氧化烧损率与提升加热质量,然后进行快速轧制。

However, when the regenerative heating furnace heats the steel billets, the heating furnace does not have a preheating section. The continuous casting billets are directly heated at high temperatures
as soon as they enter the furnace, usually above 600 degrees Celsius. The temperature in the furnace chamber of the tail heating section can reach over 1,150 degrees Celsius, which can greatly
accelerate the heating speed and significantly increase the hourly output. When the steel rolling mill produces large-scale products, Heating capacity is no longer a weak link. From now on, steel billets
can be rolled at high temperatures and rapidly. Meanwhile, the heating quality effect is good, with less oxidation and burning loss, and the energy-saving effect is excellent.
The continuous casting billet undergoes a high-temperature rapid rolling process. As soon as the billet enters the heating furnace, it is directly subjected to high-temperature heating. The temperature
in the furnace hall of the heating section at the tail end of the heating furnace is set at 1,000 to 1,200 degrees Celsius, and that in the uniform heating section is set at 1,200 to 1,250 degrees Celsius. In
this way, the heated billet is rapidly heated at the possible radiation temperature. This way, the heating time of the billet and the length of the heating furnace are shortened, further reducing the
oxidation loss rate and improving the heating quality, and then rapid rolling is carried out.
