由于轧机设备作业时环境恶劣，在作业过程中，冷却水遇到红灼的钢坯灵敏雾化，夹带着从钢坯表面坠落的氧化铁粉末向四周喷射，轧辊通过轴承座对机架牌坊构成较大的冲击，使机架牌坊内侧窗口面、机架牌坊底面等均出现不同程度的腐蚀磨损, 使机架与轧辊轴承座空地难以有用控制处理，常常出现机架与轧辊轴承座空地逾越处理极限值现象。轧机牌坊空地增大恶化了主传动系统的作业条件，使主传动振动冲击大，钢锭咬入时简单发生打滑，影响到板形的控制，对产品质量构成很大影响。

Due to the harsh operating environment of the rolling mill equipment, during the operation process, the cooling water, upon encountering the red-hot steel billets, atomizes rapidly, carrying the iron oxide powder that falls from the surface of the steel billets and sprays in all directions. The rolls, through the bearing housing, impose a significant impact on the frame arch. This causes varying degrees of corrosion and wear on the inner window surface and the bottom surface of the frame archway, making it difficult to effectively control and handle the clearance between the frame and the roller bearing housing. As a result, the clearance between the frame and the roller bearing housing often exceeds the treatment limit value. The increase in the open space of the rolling mill's archway has deteriorated the working conditions of the main drive system, causing significant vibration and shock to the main drive. When the steel ingot is bitten in, it is prone to slipping, which affects the control of the plate shape and has a great impact on product quality.

 绝大部分牌坊质料为一般铸钢件，在长期服役中窗口表面易遭到腐蚀磨损的作用而构成作业条件恶化。一般选用在线机加工的方法对牌坊进行批改，即通过机械加工去除材料，铲除牌坊表面受损层找平接触面，扩展的标准通过增加衬板厚度来补偿。这种批改方法操作简略便当，但未改动牌坊面的性质，运用一段时间后牌坊表面又会遭到腐蚀磨损而失效，而且多次机加工将会对牌坊的强度和刚度发生倒霉影响。考虑到其对刚度的敏感性，可供加工的余量不多，该批改方法只能是权宜之计。选用手工电弧焊可恢复机加工后去除材料扩展的标准，但在这样的刚性结构上进行大面积电弧堆焊，可能构成牌坊结构的变形。假如结构发生曲解，失稳变形这将是丧身的，无法再进行纠正，这是工厂生产中决不允许发生的工作。因此该批改方法将带来较大的风险，一般不予选用。

The vast majority of archways are made of common cast steel parts. During long-term service, the surface of the Windows is prone to corrosion and wear, which leads to deterioration of working conditions. Generally, the method of online machining is adopted to correct the archway, that is, the material is removed through mechanical processing, the damaged layer on the surface of the archway is scraped off to level the contact surface, and the extended standard is compensated by increasing the thickness of the backing plate. This correction method is simple and convenient to operate, but it does not change the nature of the archway surface. After being used for a period of time, the surface of the archway will be corroded and worn, and become ineffective. Moreover, multiple machining processes will have an adverse effect on the strength and rigidity of the archway. Considering its sensitivity to stiffness, there is not much allowance available for processing, and this correction method can only be a stopgap measure. Manual arc welding can restore the standard of material expansion after machining, but large-scale arc surfacing welding on such a rigid structure may cause deformation of the archway structure. If the structure is misinterpreted and becomes unstable or deformed, it will be fatal and cannot be corrected. This is a work that is absolutely not allowed in factory production. Therefore, this correction method will bring considerable risks and is generally not selected.

 时至今日可选用高分子复合材料来处理轧机牌坊磨损。高分子复合批改材料具有优胜的粘着力，可以健壮附着在金属基材表面，长期作业而不会坠落；产品自身具有极高的抗压强度，即便在高达1900吨的轧制力作用下，材料也不会损坏；一同的高分子结构赋予材料出色的抗冲击功用，可以吸收轴承座对牌坊的冲击，避免了磨损的发生；一同产品具有出色的耐腐蚀功用，可使牌坊表面免受冷却水的腐蚀。选用特别材料批改轧机牌坊磨损，不用去除材料，不影响牌坊整体强度和刚度，更无补焊热应力构成的变形，为企业很好的处理了多年无法处理的问题。

The same product has excellent corrosion resistance, which can protect the surface of the archway from the corrosion of cooling water. The use of special materials to correct the wear of the rolling mill frame does not require the removal of materials, does not affect the overall strength and rigidity of the frame, and there is no deformation caused by the thermal stress of the welding repair. This has effectively solved the problem that has been difficult to handle for many years for the enterprise.
