二、冷轧机优势:  轧钢机的冷轧是指在常温下，经过冷拉、冷弯、冷拔等冷加工把钢板或钢带加工成各种型式的钢材。

        优点是成型速度快、产值高，且不损害涂层，能够做成多种多样的截面形式，以习惯运用条件的需求;  轧钢机的冷轧能够使钢材发生很大的塑性变形，  从而提高了钢材的屈服点。轧钢机冷轧的缺陷一是尽管成型过程中没有经过热态塑性紧缩，但截面内依然存在剩余应力，对钢材整体和局部委曲的特性必然发生影响。
        二是冷轧型钢款式通常为开口截面，使得截面的自由改变刚度较低。在受弯时容易出现改变，受压时容易出现弯扭委曲，抗扭功能较差。
        三是冷轧成型钢壁厚较小，在板件联接的转角处又没有加厚，承受局部性的集中荷载的能力弱。

二. Advantages of Cold Rolling Mills: Cold rolling of steel rolling mills refers to the process of converting steel plates or steel strips into various types of steel products through cold drawing, 

cold bending, cold drawing and other cold processing at room temperature.

The advantages are fast molding speed, high output value, no damage to the coating, and the ability to be made into various cross-sectional forms to meet the requirements of application conditions. 

Cold rolling by a steel rolling mill can cause significant plastic deformation in steel, thereby increasing its yield point. One defect of cold rolling in a steel rolling mill is that although there is no hot

 plastic compression during the forming process, residual stress still exists in the cross-section, which inevitably affects the overall and local buckling characteristics of the steel.

Second, the styles of cold-rolled steel sections are usually open cross-sections, which results in a relatively low stiffness for the free change of the cross-section. When bent, it is prone to change,

 and when compressed, it is prone to torsional buckling, with poor torsional resistance.

Thirdly, the wall thickness of cold-rolled formed steel is relatively small, and it is not thickened at the corners where the plates are connected. As a result, its ability to withstand local concentrated

 loads is weak.
