一、轧钢机设备制造厂生产的短应力轧机机械概述
　　工作机的应力回线短的型材轧机，工作机座的应力回线是指轧机受轧制力后，轧机中受力零件弹性变形断面的中性线的联线，应力回线的长度就是轧机中受力零件长度之和。轧钢机座中各受力零件所产生的弹性变形量与其断面积成正比，与其长度成反比，机座中应力回线越短，所产生的弹性变形量越小，则轧机的刚度(见轧机刚度系数)越大，所轧制产品的精度越高。

一. Overview of the Short-stress Rolling Mill Machinery Produced by the Steel Rolling Mill Equipment Manufacturing Plant

For profile rolling mills with short stress loops of the working machine, the stress loop of the working machine base refers to the connection line of the neutral lines of the elastic deformation sections 

of the stressed parts in the rolling mill after the rolling force is applied. The length of the stress loop is the sum of the lengths of the stressed parts in the rolling mill. The elastic deformation of each 

force-bearing part in the steel rolling mill base is directly proportional to its cross-sectional area and inversely proportional to its length. The shorter the stress loop in the base, the smaller the elastic

deformation produced, and the greater the stiffness of the rolling mill (see the stiffness coefficient of the rolling mill), and the higher the precision of the rolled product.

二、轧钢机设备制造厂生产的缩短轧机应力回线有两个途径
　　一是改变轧机承载结构的形式，即减少轧钢机座中承载件的数量，如无牌坊(机架)轧机，通过缩短受力零件的长度缩短应力回线；二是改变力的传递路径，如使轧制力不直接作用在牌坊窗口的上方，而使其作用在靠近轧机立柱上，使应力回线缩短。一般轧机同短应力线轧机应力线的比较如图。
短应力线轧机主要用于改造横列式轧机，研制复二重式短应力线轧机(见复二重短应力线精轧机组)和研究立式短应力线轧机，建在平一立交替布置的连轧生产线上。

二.There are two ways to shorten the stress loop of the rolling mill produced by the steel rolling mill equipment manufacturing plant

One is to change the form of the load-bearing structure of the rolling mill, that is, to reduce the number of load-bearing parts in the rolling mill base. For example, for a rolling mill without a frame, the stress loop can be shortened by shortening the length of the force-bearing parts. The second is to change the transmission path of the force, such as making the rolling force not directly act on the upper part of the archway window, but act on the area close to the rolling mill column, thereby shortening the stress loop. The comparison of stress lines between general rolling mills and short stress line rolling mills is shown in the figure.

The short stress line rolling mill is mainly used to transform the horizontal rolling mill, develop the double short stress line rolling mill (see the double short stress line finishing rolling mill group) and study the vertical short stress line rolling mill, which is built on the continuous rolling production line with alternating horizontal and vertical arrangements.

三、短应力轧机优点
　　(1)轧机的高刚度保证了产品的高精度，容易实现负偏差轧制。
　　(2)能实现对称调整。这对于稳定操作，提高作业率，节省检修和更换导卫横梁时间，减少操作事故，避免轧件弯头、冲击、缠辊等工艺事故，提高导卫寿命具有重要意义。
　　(3)由于轧机改变了力的传递途径、将压下螺丝的集中载荷改变为分散在轴承座两侧的分散载荷，使轴承和轴承座受力情况好，轴承寿命较普通轧机提高1．5倍以上，从而降低了产品的成本费用。
　　(4)该种轧机的辊系在换辊前进行预安装并调整好，停车后10min左右即可换好新辊系。而调好的新辊系轧过一二根钢后即可保证产品合格。因此，本轧机预调性能好，换辊快，成材率高。

三. Advantages of Short-stress Rolling Mills

(1) The high rigidity of the rolling mill ensures the high precision of the product and makes it easy to achieve negative deviation rolling.

(2) It can achieve symmetrical adjustment. This is of great significance for stabilizing operation, improving the operation rate, saving the time for maintenance and replacement of the guide beam, 

reducing operation accidents, avoiding process accidents such as bending, impact and entanglement of rolled pieces, and extending the service life of the guide beam.

(3) Due to the fact that the rolling mill has changed the force transmission path, transforming the concentrated load of the pressing screw into a dispersed load distributed on both sides of the bearing

 housing, the force condition of the bearing and the bearing housing is better, and the bearing life is more than 1.5 times longer than that of ordinary rolling mills, thereby reducing the cost of the 

product.

(4) The roll system of this type of rolling mill is pre-installed and adjusted before changing the rolls. The new roll system can be replaced about 10 minutes after the machine stops. The newly adjusted

 roll system can ensure the product is qualified after rolling over one or two steel bars. Therefore, this rolling mill has good pre-adjustment performance, quick roll changing and high yield rate.

四、短应力轧机的应用
　　短应力线轧机又称为无牌坊轧机,是一种高刚度轧机,在做为型钢轧机使用时,它不仅应该具有较高的径向刚度,而且还应该具有较高的轴向刚度。目前国内已经研制出多种型式的短应力线轧机如:GY型,HB型,CW型,SY型,GW型,DW型等,其中有代表性的有三种，它们是GY型短应力线轧机,HB型无牌坊轧机,SY型高刚度轧机。这几种轧机都是参考了瑞典的P一60型无牌坊轧机,结合各自不同情况自行研制的,所以它们主要受力部份的魁应力线结构是相似的,只在支承方式及某些具体结构上有些不同,各有其特点。

四.Application of Short-Stress Rolling Mills

Short stress line rolling mills, also known as rolling mills without bars, are a type of high-stiffness rolling mill. When used as section steel rolling mills, they should not only have high radial stiffness 

but also high axial stiffness. At present, various types of short stress line rolling mills have been developed in China, such as GY type,HB type,CW type,SY type,GW type,DW type, etc. Among them, 

three representative ones are GY type short stress line rolling mill,HB type non-bar rolling mill, and SY type high rigidity rolling mill. These several types of rolling mills were all independently 

developed by referring to the Swedish P-60 type rolling mill without a plate, taking into account their respective different circumstances. Therefore, the stress line structures of their main force-bearing 

parts are similar, with only some differences in the support methods and certain specific structures, each having its own characteristics.
